1. Overview

By using our services and/or subscribing to SMS updates from Aqua Seal Pools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms cover our pool service operations, billing policies, and messaging program in compliance with A2P 10DLC and carrier guidelines.


2. Services Provided

Aqua Seal Pools provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. Each visit includes:

  • Cleaning tile and waterline

  • Skimming the surface

  • Emptying baskets

  • Vacuuming the pool floor

  • Brushing walls and steps

  • Checking equipment

  • Testing and balancing chemicals

Services may vary based on previous agreement or availability.


3. Service Frequency

Standard pool maintenance is performed weekly, unless otherwise specified in your service plan or agreed upon in writing.


4. Billing & Payment Policy

  • Billing Schedule: Clients are billed during the first week of each month, and all invoices are billed in advance for that month’s services.

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH, or other electronic payment options through our billing system.

  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 10 days may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is made.

  • Refund Policy: For new clients, If you’re not happy after your first month, we’ll refund 50% of your first month’s payment.

By continuing with service, you authorize Aqua Seal Pools to automatically charge your preferred payment method for ongoing service renewals, unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.


5. Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding:

  • Service reminders and confirmations

  • Cleaning updates and technician notifications

  • Repair quotes or recommendations

  • Promotions and company updates

Message frequency may vary based on your service plan and communication preferences.


6. Opt-In & Opt-Out

You can opt in through our website, service agreement, or by texting a keyword we provide.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time.

8. Privacy

Your information is used solely for communication and billing purposes.

9. Service Cancellation

To cancel your pool service, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
If cancellation is received after billing, the cancellation will take effect the following month.


10. Limitation of Liability

We take every measure to ensure reliable, consistent service. However, Aqua Seal Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed visits due to weather, emergencies, or equipment failure beyond our control.


11. Compliance & Fair Use

You agree not to misuse our messaging system or provide false information. Aqua Seal Pools complies with all A2P 10DLC, CTIA, and FCC messaging standards. Unlawful use may result in suspension of communication privileges.


12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (or your operating state), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

How often will my pool be serviced?

We provide weekly pool maintenance to keep your water clean, balanced, and sparkling. Each visit includes cleaning, checking equipment, and adjusting chemicals as needed.

Will I have the same technician every week?

Yes! We believe in consistency. You’ll have the same friendly technician who knows your pool, your system, and your preferences. No random rotations or unfamiliar faces.

What if I’m not happy with the service?

We stand behind our work 100%.
If you’re not satisfied after your first month, we’ll refund 50% of your first month’s payment. No questions asked — just honest service.

Do you repair pool equipment too?

Yes! We handle pool repairs, filter replacements, pump maintenance, and leak inspections.
If your system isn’t working properly, our tech can diagnose the issue and get it fixed fast.

Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! Most of our clients aren’t home when we visit. We’ll take care of everything and send you photo updates through the Skimmer App.

Are your chemicals and cleaning methods safe?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade, environmentally safe products designed to protect your pool surface, equipment, and your family.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, ACH, and automatic online payments. You’ll receive digital invoices through the Skimmer App for convenience and recordkeeping.

Can you handle pools for vacation homes or properties I don’t live in year-round?

Yes — that’s one of our specialties.
We serve busy homeowners and vacation properties, giving you peace of mind that your pool is maintained even when you’re away.

Do you service saltwater pools?

Yes, we maintain chlorine and saltwater pools with the same attention to balance and clarity.

How long does a typical visit take?

Each pool is different, but our techs never rush. A typical visit takes 10–30 minutes, depending on your pool’s size and condition. We focus on doing it right — not fast.
